§ 1 General information

Your personal data (e.g. title, name, address, e-mail address, telephone number, bank details, credit card number) will only be processed by us in accordance with the provisions of German data protection law. § 2 Automatic data collection

- Your Internet Protocol (IP) address.

This anonymous data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided and therefore does not allow any conclusions to be drawn about a specific person. It is evaluated for statistical purposes in order to optimise our website and our offers. This data is deleted after it has been analysed.

 

§ 3 Inventory data

(1) Your personal data, insofar as this is necessary for the establishment, content or amendment of the contractual relationship (inventory data), will be used exclusively for the fulfilment of the contract. For example, your name and address must be passed on to the goods supplier in order to deliver the goods. Without your express consent or without a legal basis, your personal data will not be passed on to third parties not involved in the fulfilment of the contract.

(2) By order of the competent authorities, we may provide information about inventory data in individual cases if this is necessary for the purposes of criminal prosecution, to avert danger by the police authorities of the federal states, to fulfil the statutory tasks of the federal and state constitution protection authorities, the Federal Intelligence Service or the Military Counter-Intelligence Service or to enforce intellectual property rights.
 

§ 4 Usage data

(1) Your personal data, which is required to enable and invoice the utilisation of our services (usage data), is used to process the contract. Usage data includes, in particular, the characteristics for your identification, information about the start and end as well as the scope of the respective use and information about the teleservices used by you. We may transfer usage data for billing purposes (so-called billing data) to other providers or third parties insofar as this is necessary for the purposes of billing the user. Once our claim for payment has been settled in full, this usage and billing data will be deleted. Deletion shall be replaced by blocking if legal, statutory or contractual retention periods prevent deletion.

(2) We will also use such usage data for the purposes of advertising, market research or the customised design of our offers to create user profiles using pseudonyms. You are entitled to object to this type of utilisation of your usage data. These user profiles will not be merged with your personal data.
